2 Killed In Traffic
Crash
Kirksville, Mo. - Two
persons were killed & five were injured in a three car accident
north of Kirksville on U.S. 63 Monday.
Albert Ferson Carr,
72, of Oskaloosa, Iowa was killed in a car that veered across
the center line & hit two others, police said.
Virginia Osborn, 18,
Indianapolis, Ind., injured in the thrid car, died in a
hospital. Officers said she apparently was a student at
Stephens College, Columbia, Mo.

Myrtle's father was Hyrancus Hawkins & her grandfather
Austin H. Hawkins who was son of
John Hawkins a Revolutionary War
soldier & early settler of Washington County, Missouri.
Albert & Myrtle were married 30 March 1918
