The Lost Creek Pictograph Archaelogical site in Washington County, Missouri has been entered into the National Register of Historic Places, according to Rep. H. Ichord, D-8^th District.

The Washington County site is an archaelogical find that contains artifacts & pictographs drawn n pre-historic times.

Historical places of state or local significance, Ichord explained, are nominated by the Missouri State Park Board, the state coordinating agency with the National Historic Preservation Program.
