Woodlock Cemetery
Near Davisville, Crawford Co., Mo.

Photographed: 3 July 2003 By: Esther & Gene Carroll & Leslie & Pete Hamby

We accidentally overlooked one tombstone & I hope to eventually get it photographed.

The graves in this cemetery are in a circle.   But in the overall pictures that I took the circle is not discernable so you will need to check the map.    For Woodlock Family History click here.

Patrick Woodlock came from Ireland and was going to be a priest until he met and fell desparately in love with a school teacher.  They married and had several children.

The sun made such a glare the tombstone was
illegible so I used my shadow to eliminate it..

Trying to find out what the word "MIZPAH" means I brought up the Google Search Engine & typed in the word
which brought up numerous pages one of which was a very beautiful page MIZPAH BENEDICTION.
